These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of services provided by Dekoven Roofing LLC ("Company"), a roofing contractor operating in Milwaukee and the surrounding areas. By engaging with our services, you ("Customer") agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
Services:
- The company offers professional roofing services, including installation, repair, replacement, and maintenance. the company also offers sidings, gutters, and window installation.
- All services will be performed by trained and qualified personnel, using industry-standard practices and materials.
Estimates:
- The Company will provide free, no-obligation estimates upon request.
- Estimates are valid for 30 days prior to the date of request.
- Actual costs may vary based on on-site inspection, additional work, or unforeseen circumstances. Any changes will be communicated to the Customer promptly.
Payment:
- The Customer agrees to pay Company for all services rendered according to the estimate we agreed upon.
- Payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise specified in writing.
- The company accepts cash, checks, and major credit cards.
- The company reserves the right to charge interest, pursue legal action, or engage a collection agency to recover the outstanding amount in the event of non-payment.
Workmanship and Materials:
- The company warrants all workmanship to be free from defects for a period of 15 Years from the completion date.
- Manufacturer warranties on materials used will be passed on to the Customer, if applicable.
- Warranty claims must be reported to the Company in writing within the warranty period. The company will assess and remedy any valid claims promptly.
Insurance:
- The company maintains appropriate liability insurance coverage.
- The Customer is responsible for ensuring their property is adequately insured against any potential damages or losses that may occur during the roofing project.
Permits and Approvals:
- The Customer is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or approvals required for the roofing project unless otherwise specified in writing.
- The company will provide assistance and guidance in obtaining permits if requested.
Safety:
- The company adheres to industry safety standards and takes precautions to minimize risks during the project.
- The Customer agrees to keep children, pets, and unauthorized personnel away from the work area to ensure their safety.
Limitation of Liability:
- The company shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the provision of services unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Termination:
- Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material provision and fails to remedy the breach within a reasonable period.
Governing Law:
- This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Wisconsin.
